We follow clear and regulated principles of remunerating employees. We developed this in jointly with the workplace labour association. We pay our employees reliably and on time.

We are constantly modernising work station equipment and monitoring safety. We want our employees to maintain a balance between their private and professional lives.

Women returning from maternity leave are ensured a job and promotion opportunities. But most important for us is employee development. Training, studies and post-graduate studies are the most important opportunities we offer increasing knowledge and skills.

We collaborate closely with technical colleges and universities, including: the Warsaw University of Technology. We have an agreement obliging us to actively support the professional careers of students and graduates of Warsaw University of Technology.

We are also interested in secondary schooling. A patronage agreement with the Mechanical and Electrical School in Gliwice obliges us to recruit mature students for vocational training and to organise meetings and lectures by company representatives for the students.
