Quality policy

ISO Certificates

Since 15 April 2004 PKP Energetyka has held management system certificates for: quality management (ISO 9001:2000), environmental management (ISO 14001:1996) occupational health and safety management (PN -N 18001:2004). Certification covers company operations in the following areas: trade, transmission and distribution of electric power as well as installation and servicing of power grid and electrical equipment..

The Integrated management system policy ensures achievement of the following goals: Improvement of provided services based on the customer's current and future needs, implementation of modern organisational
and technological solutions, creating an atmosphere promoting self-improvement, learning and raising awareness of the fact that all employees are responsible for quality of work, peer safety and environmental protection.

On 11 May 2010, after a recertification audit conducted by the Polish Review and Certification Centre, PKP Energetyka S.A. received confirmation of compliance (certificates) for its management systems: quality management, environmental management and occupational health and safety systems with the PN-EN ISO 9001:2009, PN-EN ISO 14001:2005 and PN-N-18001:2004 standards within the scope of the following business activities: trade, transmission and distribution of electric power as well as installation and servicing of power grid and electrical equipment, production of power grid components and power engineering equipment.
