Wojciech Orzech

An experienced manager with many years in managerial positions. Between June 2003 and December 2014, he was the Managing Director in Energa Group. Previously, 
since 2008, as a deputy chairman in Energa-Operator, he was responsible for implementation of the company’s development programme, network asset management and management of regional structures. He also took managerial positions in companies operating in insurance, pharmaceutics and logistics.
He graduated from Gdańsk University, where he studied at the Faculty of Economics. He also completed the Advanced Management Program IESE Business School (University of Navarra).

Christopher Biedermann

A manager with more than 20 years of international experience gained working in Poland, Russia and other CEE countries. Specialises in restructuring, cost management, internal control, and capital market transactions. From 2012 to 2017 he served as Vice President of the Management Board and CFO at Emitel. Prior to that, he was a Member of the Management Board and CFO at UPC Poland and Vice President for Finance at CEDC. He gained professional experience working in managerial positions also at Coca-Cola, Ernst&Young, and other companies. Christopher Biedermann graduated in Accounting from Lehigh University and completed an MBA programme in Finance at the University of Texas.


Leszek Hołda

Since 2002, Leszek Hołda’s professional career has been in the B2B market. Recently, he has held two positions: Head of Key and Corporate Account Sales Department at Orange Polska, and CEO of Integrated Solutions. As Head of Key and Corporate Account Sales Department, he implemented the largest, strategic projects strengthening the position of the Orange Polska Group in the top business market segment. As CEO of Integrated Solutions – Orange Polska’s ICT integrator – he was responsible for the company’s strategy and development, and supervised the implementation of key projects. Under his direction, within five years Integrated Solutions transitioned from a start-up into a leading player on the IT market, seeing a several dozen per cent rise in revenue each year. In 2009–2012, Leszek Hołda was also head of the Orange UEFA Euro 2012 project, where he managed a team of over 1,000 people responsible for technological support in Poland and for marketing rights activation in 11 European countries. Leszek Hołda completed an MBA Programme at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. Earlier, he graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków and the Kraków University of Economics.


Beata Górniak


A member of the management board of PKP Energetyka, a company belonging to one of the biggest investment funds in the world – CVC Partners, which sells and delivers electricity to railways in Poland and performs electricity services. She successfully carried out a transformation of HR processes in a company which currently hires 4,200 employees. Owing to her team, PKP Energetyka was awarded the prestigious international "Top Employer" certificate in 2019, 2020 and 2021. She previously led HR departments in such companies as Tauron, Vattenfall, Saint Gobain and Tesco. Ms. Górniak is an expert in change management processes and building employee relations. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia; she also completed the Advanced Management Program at the ICAN Institute.


Marek Kleszczewski

Marek Kleszczewski

At PKP Energetyka he is responsible for a.o. continuation of the Modernisation of Railway Catenary Power Supply Systems (MUZa) megaproject, introduction of innovative solutions in the distribution area, including development of the Intelligent Integrated Railway Power Distribution Management System. From 2018, he was the director of the Services Department at PKP Energetyka. He was mainly responsible for railway traction network maintenance. Previously he was, i.a., Vice-President of Tauron Dystrybucja and member of the Vattenfall Board of Directors. He is a graduate of Automation at the Silesian University of Technology. He also completed an MBA program at the University of Business Lancashire.
