PKP Energetyka awarded with the “Customer-Friendly Company” title

In the course of the certification process, the company was subjected to independent audits verifying the quality of customer service. Audits included a customer satisfaction survey, with such criteria as reliability, accessibility, trust, tailoring to needs and attractiveness of the offer. In addition, an audit of solutions used by the company to manage relationships with customers was carried out, as well as a verification of user-friendliness of the website.

The title of “Customer-Friendly Company” has so much greater significance to us because it has been awarded based on the opinions of our customers,” said Grzegorz Grabowski, member of the Management Board and Sales Director at PKP Energetyka. The title is the symbol of our outstanding modern professional services. The title is also motivation for taking further efforts to establish professional relationships with customers” added Grzegorz Grabowski.

“Customer-Friendly Company” is the only R&D programme in Poland analysing areas where relationships with customers are based on exchange of values. The programme has been on the Polish market for 9 years, and is addressed to all companies and institutions in Poland that assume a responsible approach to the development strategy and personnel competences related to customer service. So far, more than 1,000 companies and institutions, in all sectors of the industry, submitted to the audits.
