PKP Energetyka awarded again with the “Customer-Friendly Company” title

PKP Energetyka S.A. has the image of reliable company – results from customer survey conducted for the Chapter of “Customer-Friendly Company”.
The title was awarded to the company on Monday, June 25th, during the ceremony at the Ministry of Economy in Warsaw.

The strengths of PKP Energetyka S.A., as indicated by customers, are honesty, punctuality and professionalism. Also, ease of contact, an individual approach to customers, and the clarity of the company’s offer were highly appreciated. The quality level of PKP Energetyka S.A. services in all surveyed areas was higher than 85%. Customers representing large companies expressed the highest satisfaction, with the largest group of respondents (28%) assessed their satisfaction at 10 points on a 10-point scale.

The purpose of the survey was to evaluate the satisfaction of PKP Energetyka S.A. customers. Also, cooperation with the company, the level of customer service and hotline operation were assessed. The company was subjected to a customer satisfaction survey and Mystery Calling test in January 2013. Surveying staff reached 500 customers, visited 17 customer service offices and carried out 22 over-the-phone audits. In the opinion of the auditors, the hotline operators of PKP Energetyka S.A. were kind, helpful and involved in conversation. The auditors highly appraised their overall satisfaction from conversations with customers.
Notes received by PKP Energetyka S.A. in all audited areas exceeded 85%. The first title was awarded to the company in 2011.

“Customer-Friendly Company” is the only R&D programme in Poland analysing areas where relationships with customers are based on exchange of values.
The programme has been on the Polish market for 11 years and is addressed to all companies and institutions in Poland.
