PKP Energetyka surveys customers’ needs

For the third time, PKP Energetyka have been awarded with “Customer-Friendly Company” title, which has been awarded for the last 10 years to companies meeting the highest standards of customer service. The award is not only the testimony to highest quality of customer service but also the effect of on-going monitoring and satisfying customers’ needs. PKP Energetyka will soon announce the results of the energy supplier customer service surveys.

”Understanding and rapid response to changing needs is the foundation of solid and friendly relationships with customers in the market of energy supply to businesses”, says Monika Żychlińska, Director of the Office for Communications and Marketing at PKP Energetyka. ”Surveys that we conducted
in May 2014 demonstrate that business customers expect an energy supplier to provide them with customised services. 63% respondents confirmed that direct contact with a company representative is the best form of communication. PKP Energetyka has a team of account managers, monitoring customer needs, responding to requests and advising on the selection of optimum solutions. Considering that indices of PKP Energetyka make it the most reliable in Poland (as compared with leading suppliers), it is the quality of energy and customer service that make us stand out in this competitive market. The third pillar of positive relationships with customers is the portfolio, complemented with gas sales services to create the comprehensive package of services to businesses.

This distinction is the evidence of company reliability and trust of the customer who appreciates an attractive and customizable portfolio. Every year, PKP Energetyka improves the quality of products and services offered. The company maintains on-going monitoring of consumer needs in order to be able to meet all market demands.

PKP Energetyka will soon announce the results of surveys conducted jointly with ARC Rynek i Opinia. The survey project covered over 500 businesses from various sectors, employing at least 50 persons. The purpose of surveys was the identification of needs and expectations of businesses with regard to the selection of a supplier and utilization of electric energy and gas.
