
Decisions on the awards are made based on the findings of a customer survey, in which respondents are asked to rate the quality of cooperation with a given company and their willingness to recommend its products and services. In all areas covered by the survey, PKP Energetyka achieved very high scores of more than 81%. This result is a recognition of our efforts to constantly monitor our customers' needs.
PKP Energetyka scored the highest marks in ‘quality of contact’ (90%) and ‘likelihood to recommend the company to others’ (over 80%). High rates were also given for staff competence and politeness, quality of service, availability, quick response time and flexible approach to customers' needs.
The preferred ways of contacting PKP Energetyka are by phone (58%), and in person (23%). The least popular form of contact is electronic communication.
