PKP Energetyka S.A. launches LiveChat – a new online customer communication channel

PKP Energetyka S.A., as one of the first companies on the power market, has launched LiveChat, a new communication channel for customers. The system operates on the recently started commercial infoline of PKP Energetyka S.A. A special messaging program has been installed at www.pkpenergetyka.pl, which is another solution improving customer contacts. LiveChat works in a similar manner to typical online chat rooms, allowing live conversations with the company’s consultants free of charge.
